The Honourable Andrew Stoner is an experienced businessman with a demonstrated history of working in the international trade and development industry. Andrew is skilled in Research, Customer Service, Sales, Leadership, and Marketing.
Andrew is currently Managing Director of his own consulting company - Andrew Stoner and Associates Pty Ltd, Chairman of ASX-listed company - Bojun Agriculture Holdings Limited, serves as non-executive director of several other ASX-listed companies including Global Fortune Investment Limited and China Dairy Corporation Limited. Andrew Stoner also acts as senior adviser to Moelis and Co. (Australia) and Yuhu Group (Australia) and to a number of Australia - China business associations. Andrew is also non executive director of a number of private companies including Sports Aviation (Flight College) Australia Ltd, Earn & Learn Pty Ltd, Slasherteck Ltd, Accessible Publishing Systems Pty Ltd, and Food Recycle Ltd.
Andrew was co-leader and Deputy Premier of the New South Wales (NSW) Coalition Government between 2011 and 2014, was NSW Government Minister including for Trade and Investment, Tourism and Major Events, Regional Infrastructure and Services, and Small Business between 2003 and 2015, and Member of the New South Wales Parliament between 1999 and 2015. He left politics in 2015 to spend more time with his family, and to pursue a career in business, in line with his qualifications and interests.
Andrew graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology and later obtained his MBA Class 1 Honours focused in Organizational Leadership from James Cook University.

Dr. Edward LEE is co-founder of the Company, with over 30 years of successful experience in the business management, mineral resources, education, investment, environmental engineering, business consulting, fund management and other business sectors.
Dr. LEE is also the Founder and Chairman of a number of business and companies including Macquarie Grammar School, APA International Group Pty. Limited, Billinton Group Pty. Limited, etc.
Dr. LEE’s earlier career includes 7 years in Chemsearch Division of NCH Australia, an Australian subsidiary of NCH Corporation, which is the largest chemical company in the world as one of the top 500 fortune companies, as sales manager, international sales manager, regional manager and general manager from 1995 to 2002 and his academic research for his Ph.D. at both Northeastern University in China and the University of Sydney in Australia and as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of New South Wales and a lecturer at Northeastern University as well.
Edward holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney, a Master degree and a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from Northeastern University in China.

Dr. Francis XIAO is co-founder of the Company, with 30 years of experience in Australia, China and North Europe on mineral resources, higher education, air pollution control, agriculture, and international trading etc. Francis has extensive experience in Hi-tech development and management, scientific research, administration, project negotiation and acquisition, international trading etc.
Francis currently also serves in a few private companies as Managing Director of Grand Spring International Pty Ltd, Founder and Director of Billinton Group Pty. Limited, Founder and Chairman of Jiangxi XESS Technology Co., Ltd in China, etc.
He has been involved in mineral exploration and development projects in Australia since 2009 where he was using cutting edge technologies in iron ore beneficiation to enhance the project economic viability. His early career includes Lecturer and Associate Professor at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology (JXUST) before he came to Australia in 1996 to pursue his PhD study and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Kuopio in Finland from 1994-1995, financially supported by the Chinese Government.
Francis holds both a PhD in Safety Science and a Graduate Diploma in Information Science from the University of New South Wales, a Master degree in Safety Engineering from Northeastern University in China, and a Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in China. He also has a Certificate IV in Business from Mission Australia.

Mr. Guy ROBERTSON has over 30 years of experience in company restructuring, IPO, financing, project acquisition and due diligence. He is Director of Integrated CFO Solutions, a company which he founded in 2000, providing Director, Company Secretarial and Accounting Services to large, small and medium enterprises. He is also currently Secretary, Chief Operating & Financial Officer at Bioxyne Ltd., Secretary at Anchor Resources Ltd., Chief Financial Officer & Secretary at Hastings Technology Metals Ltd, Secretary at Artemis Resources Ltd and a Member at Australian Institute of Co. Directors. He is on the Board of Directors at Draig Resources Ltd and Metal Bank Ltd.
